Use iphone with no data plan?

I currently have a cell phone plan with unlimited internet but it is not a data plan. I would like to use an iphone but not have to change my cell phone plan. Is there a way to do so?

Added (1). I would like to use my iphone safari all the time even if there's no Wi-Fi available.

Iphone can use Wi-Fi, whIch doesn't effect your plan.

  • What is data in a Verizon data plan? I just got an iphone 5 and am having some trouble. I know that data includes email, accounts and any internet websites (facebook, youtube, netflix). Does it use up data to have multiple internet browsers open even though I only look at one at a time? Is it possible to use up data when the phone is off? Also, is taking a picture, playing app games, listening to music, and siri considered to be "data" on the data plan? Is there an overall explanation for what a data plan is?
  • If I use personal hotspot on iPhone, will it use my Wi-Fi or data plan? There are 2 computers in my house. One of them won't connect to the router. So I figure while my iPhone has Wi-Fi access, I can turn on personal hotspot and make the computer connect to the iPhones personal hotspot
  • If I keep my data on but also use Wi-Fi will it use my data? I just got an iPhone from us cellular. I use Wi-Fi to save data, but I can't receive group messages if my data isn't on. If I keep my data on all the time, but use Wi-Fi, will it use my data? And if I keep both on will it use my Wi-Fi instead of data?
  • How to use an iPhone without a data plan? My friend uses her iphone and she doesn't have the data plan and it doesn't charge to her bill. She said there's something you can turn off in the settings. Does anyone know anything about this? I would like to use mine. Serious answers only. Answer if you know FOR SURE. No assumptions
