Using Personal Hotspot with my DELL Laptop?
Ok, so this idea just hit me. If I turn on the "Personal Hotspot" on my iPhone 5c (with 3G service on), and connect it to my computer via USB, will it make my laptop internet faster as well?
The 3G service is So much more faster on my iPhone 5c than on my DELL Laptop! So will this help my laptop if I select my iPhone on the internet connection?

- Will it cost me if I use 'personal hotspot' from my iphone to my laptop? I have an iphone, and my Wi-Fi just went down so I was wondering if it would cost to use that 'personal hotspot' thing onto my laptop because I want to watch netflix, and in not doing it on my phone (screens small) Oh and I have unlimited data (3G) and my providers I think are EE.
- Why do I have to restart my Dell laptop to reconnect to the internet? I have Wi-Fi internet with Charter but we have a lot of connection problems. My ipad and iphone automatically reconnects as soon as internet if availible again but my laptop has to be restarted for me to get back on the internet is there something I can change in the settings to fix this?

My iPhone is connected to my homes Wi-Fi. I'm curious, when my Laptop is connected to the Personal Hotspot, is it accessing my iPhones internet, or is it running off my home internet?
