Using the OneNote app on my iPhone with OneNote on my computer?

I wanted to be able to access on my iPhone the documents that I have already created on OneNote on my computer, so I downloaded the OneNote iPhone app. It told me to create a SkyDrive account, so I did, and then I uploaded the notebook I want to SkyDrive. I then went into the OneNote app on my iPhone and tried to sync it, but nothing is happening. What am I doing wrong?

It is recommended that if you can't sync. You do not try to open a Web browser. I may have a technical problem with Microsoft. There are rumors that skydrive does not support all ios version.
