Verizon share everything plans?

My dad and i are thinking of going in on a verizon share everything plan i think he still wants a basic phone and i want an iphone. I was wondering for a basic phone and a smart phone to have a small data pool and unlimited calling and texting how much a month would we pay per person and total?

Basic phones are $30 a month for unlimited talk and text, while smartphones are $40 a month. Data is additional, based on how much you want/need. Expect a bill for two people in your case to run around $140-$190.

  • Which do you recommend? Iphone 5s Smart Plans or Iphone 5s Globe Plans? I'm confused. I've heard a lot of negative comments about globe internet speed and secret extra charges. But it seems that there are more recommendations to go for globe iphone plans. What's wrong with Smart? Which is more advisable for first timers in mobile plans?
  • What counts as data on Verizon's data plans with the iphone? Read more please? So i got an iphone for xmas and i have a 2gig plan, so what counts as data on the phone? Like playing games, emails, tweets, ect? Also when the bill comes in will it show, say i downloaded the twitter app, will it show that i spend time on it? (my dad doesn't know i have one so trying to make sure he doesn't find out.) Any help would be very helpful! Please and thank you!
  • Verizon Share Everything Plan? I'm confused with this new plan. How much would one iPhone 4S and 2 basic phones cost with about 700 ish minutes and 250 texts per month with 2GB of data?
  • Upgrade with the Share Everything plan? I currently have an LG EnV Touch with internet access on it. I got it two years ago when the share everything plan hadn't started yet. Now that my contract is up and it is time for me to get a new phone, will my upgrade give me a "dumb phone" with internet or will I have to get a smart phone to continue to have internet access now that my family has the share everything plan? Also I was told that if i got the iPhone, it would be $50 a month? Is that true? Why or why not?
