Virus all iTunes music is gone?

The v9 virus got downloaded onto my computer. All of the music on my iTunes is gone. All of my files of music are gone iCloud can't be backup because of storage. I logged into my iTunes account and nothing showed up.

So the real question is how do I get rid of the virus and how do I save my music on my phone?

And if I delete songs (I have 809 on my iPhone ) are they gone forever after I delete them? Or will they still be on iTunes

Back up your iphone via usb cable to your computer and sync the songs.

Do not delete any songs off of your iphone because you will lose them if you don't have a backup.

I'm not aware of the v9 virus, hasn't happened to me, but for getting rid of viruses download a antivirus, I use advanced system care(also heard malwarebytes is good) and scan your computer for malware and then delete those files.(If you use advanced system care like me, there's a feature which allows the program to automatically repair the file and delete it if you so desire)

If it is on your computer, I would suggest first running anti-virus software.

If that doesn't work, I would take it to a professional computer expert who can help you remove it. A business like Office Depot might be able to recommend someone to you. It might cost you ~$100 to get your computer totally virus free.

But I wouldn't be too quick to delete your 809 songs off of your phone until you know what your options are! A computer expert might be able to remove the virus without the huge effort it would take to delete and re-purchase/re-download all of those songs.

But if you are talking about an I-phone and not a computer, you might want to take it to Apple first. They are usually very good at assisting their customers with difficult problems.

Also, I Tunes can usually re-open the links to download old purchases if you have lost them. You only have to call their help desk and tell them the problem.

But I really doubt that they would be willing to allow that for 809 songs. It would probably be too difficult of a process for them to even consider it!
