Wanna lose 16-18 pounds (15)?

Here we're again, new year. I would go on about how ""'s my New Years resolution" but IIm just gonna cut the bullc*** and be honest.
IIm tired of wishing.
I wanna set a challenge and go full throttle for it. I know it will be hard, but I never looked for easy.

So, here are the details.
IIm 15 and a half. IIm 5 1 and weigh 127lbs (lbs? Is that the correct way to write it? Sorry IIm from a country where we use KG and the metric system).

I was thinking about starting the "Insanity" work out, but if you have something better then let me know.

The only thing I don't really know about is food. I don't really snack like there's no tomorrow but IIm sure I don't eat well. So some pointers towards what I should be eating more of and what I should be eating less of would be awesome, because I don't really know much about "carbs" and those kind of stuff.

And if you have some suggestions for some cool fitness apps (I have an iPhone 6, it has a motion co-processor that can track lots of fitness-y things) that ll just keep me motivated and where I can log food and workouts and maybe find out if what IIm about to eat is an insane no-no.

Firstly, stop thinking I wanna lose this amount of weight. Also stop thinking I wanna do this workout and should I do this, Just start doing something that's most important. Your 15 you are still growing and shouldn't think of losing weight. Look you want to look better right? If that's he case **** the scales and just become more healthy and become fitter/stronger, if you do that you will look much better, better than trying to shrink yourself unhealthily but just losing weight. Don't do this by skipping meals or eating less, that's not really healthy so to speck, eat as much as you want but just eat more healthy, so instead of a chocolate bar have an apple or instead of a big mac have a home cooked meal etc. If you are someone who never exercises and eats bad right now, and make yourself someone who exercises a few times a week and eats a bit healthier you will just naturally start to look better, y you ask? Because you are better your fitter and more healthy. So stop this silly lose weight bs and just create a better vehicle(your body) for yourself.

  • Teenagers: what would you do with 20 thoudand pounds? Firstly I would give my mum 10 thousand pounds. Shoe's: Loads of pairs of trainers Vans, Nike blazers, Supra, Adidas, Lacoste (atleast 20-30 pairs. ) Clothing: I would get some designer clothes ( Not all designer ) then just whatever clothing I like the look of in shops. Electricals: The new iPhone 5s (Gold), The new Ipad air, A good camera because I like photography ect. I would also put some to charity.

  • Loosing 10-20 pounds in 2 months? Okay, so I wanted to try and drop 10-20 pounds by September, and I wanted to know the following: 1) What kinds of things can I eat to achieve this? 2) Any exercises I should do? 3) Is is also possible to lose 30 pounds in this timespan? (That's my overall goal, but I wasn't sure if it was possible or not ^_^;) Ah, not sure if you guys need this info, but I'm currently 15, 5' 9", and about 140 lb, if that helps.
  • ITunes store in pounds on my iPhone? I'm from the US and have been using my iPhone for almost 2 months and buying songs in the iTunes store. For whatever reason it's displaying the prices in British pounds and not dollars. Up until today it's always been dollars and I've never changed the settings at all. Does anyone have any ideas as to why it's giving me the prices in pounds and how to change it back? I have the iPhone 5c.
