Was robbed at Knife Point what to do now?

I was meeting up with a friend I havnt seen in years. He set me up and took me to an alley way where I was robbed at knifepoint. They stole my phone, money, hat and jacket. I told the cops and they took the my friend into custody and are looking for the other 4. One of there friends contacted my friend and said if I call the cops off they will give everything back. What should I do? What if I call the cops off and they try and get revenge or if I don't I get there friends looking for me.

Added (1). They took my iPhone 6 plus(forced me to logout of ICloud), 70$, My Snapback and my jacket.

You can't in most cases call the cops off.

Why do people post questions like this that shows how little they understand how people work? If you don't go to the police then criminal will be emboldened to continue their actions. They will no that you personally lack the will to take a stand and that will make you more of a target not less of one.

Personally I doubt that any part of this story is true as you seem to be bragging about not being able to make rational choices.

It depends on how much money you had with you. If you seriously want your things back then call it off and wait until they give it back to you. If they don't, tell the police to get back on the case immediately.

Your friends don't' sound like they were ever your true friends at all. They sound like very bad people like gangsters

I'd tell them to kiss my ****. They deserve to be arrested. Besides I don't think at this point you can call them off anyway. Violent crimes are different.

Trusting criminals? Bad idea and nothing can be gained from it.

You trusted your friend to meet and he screwed you over. Now you trust them to give back your sheeeeit?

If you honestly believe that it is within your power to "call the cops off", you are either a child who has no clue of the wider world, or a troll who's too stupid to come up with a believable story.
