Water Damage + Blue Screen Iphone 6?
So I recently got water in my iPhone 6 via the power port thing… Not much but a little. It froze in the port because I was outside. I went inside picked the ice out of the port. My phone started powering on with the white apple screen multiple times and eventually it stopped. I put it in a bag of rice for 2 days. I tried to charge it and it turned on but then went to a blue screen. It slowly faded to white… I immediately unplugged it. Is my phone shot? Or does it still have a chance?
It sounds like the phone is shot as you say. It has shorted out from the sound of it. I would take it to the Apple store and have them look at it. But it may be time for a new phone.

- Iphone water indicators not pink, still possible water damage? Hypothetically, if you got your iphone 4s wet, but the water indicators are not triggered at all, is it still possible the phone has water damage on the inside that apple would find if they took it apart?
- Iphone submerged in water, logic board has water damage? My phone was under water for 10 sec. Atleast and in my wet pocket for about 2 minutes. Led wouldnt turn off and power / lock button didn't work… Put it in rice and two days later i charge it apple logo pops up then writing pops up above the apple logo. Will the guy taking my phone to clean it out and try to fix it need my passcode? And will my contacts, apps, photos, music, internet history still be on my phone? Like when he fixes it turns and on and stuff?
- IPhone screen very dim after water damage? And a temperature warning? I dropped my iPhone 4 in water about 2 days ago, and I tried turning it on today. It seems to turn on, but the screen is very very dim. Like, you can just barely make out the display when the device is held on an angle. From what I made out, there's a temperature warning on the screen. Also, the flash is slightly lit up? Is there anything I can do, or is this a lost cause?
