Water proof case for iphone do they work from ebay?

I want to get a water proof case from ebay but i want to know if it works before i spend money and it doesn't! Any help? I will give 5 points best answer

I also checked eBay and they have some for like $20 and I'm not sure if I should get those, i don't know any good brands or if i can really trust them lol.
