Water under glass screen protector?
I dropped my phone into my sink and now have water trapped under my glass screen protector. There's a clear line where the water has seeped to and where it has not, as part of the screen appears darker than another. How do I fix this? Is it dangerous to my phone itself? Also, I believe there's water in my speaker because the sound is more staticky after dropping it in my sink. Will this go away as it dries or should I put it in rice? Thanks in advance!
Added (1). I forgot to put this in the question: Is this a time sensitive matter at all? If the water between the protector and the screen dries, will it permanently distort the images on my screen? Thanks! Also, I have an iPhone 5C if that makes a difference.
Remove the screen protector and put fone in rice.
I'm afraid water is under the touchscreen, not just under the screen protector! So you should not use the phone until all the water inside has been dried away.
