What apps should I buy on an iPhone?
I have 40$ worth of credit on my iPhone (Got it for my Birthday) and I have no idea what apps to download or buy!

- Which iphone should i buy? Should i buy one or an ipad? Pro's and cons of an ipone? I'm 15, and I use to have a phone but I got really bored with it so I got rid of it, I don't want to get an iphone then get bored of it do you think i will find them boring. How much credit internet should i get for my plan? People of said get a iphone 4 or 4s coz the iphone 5 doesn't charge properly, so I don't really know? But I want to get an ipad and really can't make up my decision, which one is better in the long run?!
- Should I learn to make Android apps or Iphone apps? At first I wanted to learn to make Iphone apps, but I will have to go and buy me a mac, So I figured should I make Android apps since I already have a windows computer? And I'm learning java I know I could learn it on mac but I know my way around windows better.
