What are all 4 digit combinations for numbers 230?

I forgot the password for my iphone conbination and can't reset it because i don't have it backed up. I know the three numbers i used in my password are the numbers 230, and i also don't remember which number i used twice. If someone can help me please!

2230, 2320, 2302, 3320, 3230, 3203, 0032, 0023,… -some of the possible combinations hope I helped!

2230, there are 4! Combinations, or 24 combinations.
2330, there are also 24.
2300, there are again, 24.

These are not unique combinations, as 2230 is the same as 2230, but if the twos are switched, they are two different combinations. Therefore, there are less than 72 unique combinations.

With a four digit combination there are 256 possible combinations of numbers (if only four numbers can be used).To list them all would be insanity here but the method is simple. Select a number to be used first and list the possible options following it.

in specific orders…

3P3 = 3!/. 3 -3)!
= 3!

= 6

if you add a single digit as duplicate. It can be in one of 4 positions
for each of the 6

it can be first postion and the other 3 in the last that is 6 choices

it can be in the second position and the other 3 in the rest 6
it can be in the third position and the other 3 in the rest 6

it can be in the forth position and the other 3 in the rest 6

that means for each digit we duplicate we have 4*6 orderings

or 24 orderings for one duplicate number of the 3

so 3 numbers can be duplicated so we have 3 * 24 or 72 different orderings of the password

i think that is all there's so you should be able to do it in a few hours…

one thing I noticed is some digits will be duplicate order so they will not count in the number so there will be less than 72 combinations

putting 0 in the second location produces only 4 more new permutations

putting 0 in the 3rd position makes only 2 more new combinations

putting in the 4th makes 0 permutations new

so REVISED NUMBERS ARE

EACH duplicate added to the sequence of 3 digits makes 6 + 4 + 2 permutations

so 12 permutations for each duplicate added

and you have 3 duplicates

3*12 = 36 combinations will take only minutes to try them all good luck.

  • Possible 4-digit combinations of numbers 0, 5, and 8? Just give me ideas. I locked myself out of my iphone and i can't restore my phone. Any 4 digit passcodes containing those numbers are a possibility.
  • Is a $230 iPhone 4 32gb worth it? It's black, the sleep button is kinda stiff and hard to press but still works good if you know how to press it. The mute button doesn't work but you can change that setting without the mute button. The phone looks good and has no scratches, good or no?
