What are shop rules on miss sold iPhones?
Hi, this is a strange problem but basically I traded in my iPhone 4 to upgrade to the iPhone 4S today and when I got home and started to set up my new iPhone it had been labelled up in the shop as an iPhone 4S for 275 but it was only an iPhone 4, I would like to know what the best result I can get? For example discounted price and iPhone 4S or what?

- What are my rights - went into shop, paid, but turns out I was mis sold the items? I went into a shop the other day with £350, spent the full amount on goods - paid via contactless app (iPhone). Turns out however that the payment was declined, but the cashier wasn't aware at the time and sent me on my way. A week has passed and a letter has been sent to my address stating that I haven't paid (this is how I found out) What are my rights to the goods? Obviously a good man will pay but is this their fault thus, without my resolution, they're out of pocket?

- Rules for writing text messages? When writing text Messages, are there rules or anything I need to know? I have an iPhone and I don't use text language. Do I need to wait for the other person to reply? Is it better to text someone at a certain time(s), etc?
- Is iPhone 5 sold in the US better than those sold in China in quality? I know that most of apples products are manufactured in China. But is there like any slight difference?
