What are the chances of an iPhone not showing a missed call?
I called my friend, and it seemed like it was ringing, but it is possible that the service was bad. They did not answer or call me back. I'm trying to figure out if they are avoiding me. I don't want to be annoying and try to call again if they are. How likely is it that the phone did not show the call?
It is very likely. That is why you should leave a voicemail. Give it a couple of days, call back, and leave a message.
