What are the Chances of Apple Replacing my iPhone4s with a 5?

I know I sound cheeky.

My iPhone 4s is in mint condition but is having major issues with Wi-Fi, Freezing and other things. I have never gotten in wet or dropped it or anything so its pretty much immaculate. Anyway so I took it to the store and I practically handed it over and they said they would send it to nearest Apple shop in my city and it will be most definitely replaced. Anyway thats in 5-10 working days I have to be without my phone. I'm just curious to know if anyone has experienced getting a free upgrade, I mean I'm under 5 year Life Insurance with it so yeah. What are the chances of getting a free iPhone 5? I'm I'm sorry If i sound silly but I'm too poor to but an upgrade at the moment haha

Sorry champ, Apple replace the phone with the same one you hand in. I tried it too with my 4 hoping to get a 4s but no such luck.

They did not answer or call me back. I'm trying to figure out if they are avoiding me. I don't want to be annoying and try to call again if they are.   • My iphone4s is fried help! Does apple know its jailbroken? My iphone 4s was plugged into an ihome and a fewminutes later it overheated i took it out and waited for it to cool down and it did but it still would not turn on. So i think it is fried so i'm going to apple to use my warranty but my phone is jailbroken, would apple know its jailbroken since its fried? If they do know how? And how could i wipe my phone when its fried?
