What are the chances these colleges will accept me?

Okay I will cut to the chase so here we go…
Schools I'm looking into:
-NYU
-Fordham
-Rutgers NB
-UC Berkeley
-PSU
-Temple

-I am an Econ Major or Finance (same core classes just haven't decided fully yet)
-Transferring from a CC
-Will have 55 credits (give or take a few) at the end of this school year.
-GPA 3.4
-Wrote for my CC newspaper as Sports editor
-Created a Stocks Club at my CC
-I currently hold a job of three years while going to school
-Created and run my own iPhone app developing company (Have programmers and Designers that work for me)
-I volunteer at an animal shelter by me (will have well over 100 hours by the time I make my transcripts)

Am I reaching too much? Also I will be applying for spring 2015 (not sure if all schools listed take spring admissions, but lets just say they all do for this evaluation).
*IMPORTANT* I'm a Cali resident, but my dad lives in NJ so if I get on his tax form I will be seen as in state for NJ. (for rutgers)

Figure out which ones you can afford
without decades of student loans.

As long as your GPA is decent you will be fine.
