What can I do when I forget my iphone passcode?

One of my friends put a passcode on my phone, so I asked her what it was, and she tells me she doesn't know because she was just goofing around putting random numbers. It won't let me restore the phone without the passcode. It won't let me put it in DFU mode or Recovery mode. Verizon can't do anything, and we have no local Apple stores. Plus I can't get another phone for a year. Does anyone know of any way they can help me!

Connect your phone to iTunes. On the left hand bar, click (your name) iPhone. (Below devices). Scroll down and you'll see restore. BUT FIRST YOU HAVE TO SYNC So YOU CAN GET YOUR APPS, PICS ETC.

Connect to itunes restore and from icloud everything is back to normal

I told my iPhone to forget that device on accident and I'm having a party tonight and need it. I don't know how to get it back. The radio just sits there I can't like turn Bluetooth on that, or at least don't know how.
