What can I say to get apple to change my iPhone?
I'm giving my phone to my friend, it's in warranty, but I wanted to get apple to swap it. What should I say as there's no problem?
There needs to be a problem with the handset.
They will test the phone, with you there.

Your dreaming, they test all phones for faults before they do anything else and if there's no fault you will get the phone back exactly as you gave it to them.
Why do you want them to swap it if there's nothing wrong?
- Will Apple automatically sign you out if you change your Apple password? My sister has my mums old iPhone which has my stuff logged in and she told me she could see my messages and I got a little freaked out and I wanna know if Apple logs you out automatically if you change your password ;-; (The phone is supposed to be mine soon.)
- Why does Apple say that the iPhone 5S is more secure with Touch ID? My friend has an iPhone 5S, and he has Touch ID turned on. On the lockscreen when I swipe to the right, the passcode screens comes up and I simply input his pass code and voila. How is the iPhone 5S more secure than any other iPhone since it still has that 4 digit passcode system? Without mentioning that I also replaced his fingerprints with mine since I have his passcode, so now both of our fingers work.
- What can i say to apple for them to give me a new iPhone? I bought a used iPhone on T-Mobile off eBay, it has scratches too. I want a brand new unlocked iPhone that has NO scratches. What can i say for them to give me a new one the iPhone is still under the apple warranty. However there's nothing wrong with the hardware so can I lie to them and say that there's something up with it, if so what can I say and how will they know if I'm telling the truth or not?
- How to change the apple ID in Apps Store after i change it in my Settings? I changed my apple id because my previous email address is no longer existing, now whenever i try to update my apps in App Store, it still shows my old apple id and asking for the password of it; apparently i have a wrong apple id because that is not my current one. I tried to log out and log-in just to see if this will work but nothing changes. Now, i have lots of apps to upgrade and i can't, i have an iphone 4 updated to iOS 7.1.2.
