What carriers take CMDA iPhones?
I have an iPhone 4 that was connected to the sprint network. I just bought it and I'm not with Sprint anymore, I bought it off Craigslist (if that helps) and I really do not have the money to dish out a contract AND a phone. CMDA meaning no SIM slot.
Verizon uses CDMA.
CDMA iphone has a sim slot, unless it's the first verizon iPhone. However, if the phone is locked, then you can't use it in the US even if it has a slot 'cause verizon locks the GSM slot within the US. Last time I remember, Sprint did not lock the GSM slot. Look for a tiny pinhole on the side or top and take it to an AT&T (GSM) or Verizon CDMA and see.

Kajeet prepaid will allow you to bring your old Sprint phone to them. Kajeet is a prepaid company for kids. But the rates are pretty reasonable.
- Will the factory unlocked iphone 4 work with any carriers? I want to take this phone to a different country. If i get a sim card there, will the iphone 4 still work if it has been factory unlocked?
- When do US carriers (AT&T, Verizon, etc) lower the price of older model iPhones? Usually when a new iPhone comes out, the previous years model gets discounted by about $100. Does this price change usually happen when the new iPhone is announced, or is the price drop not effective until a few weeks later when the new model actually becomes available for sale?
- What carriers have the iphone 5? Sprint, At&t, verizon, etc? And how much is their unlimited EVERYTHING(texts, calls, web browsing)
- What carriers can i connect an iphone 4 CDMA to? I bought a bad ESN sprint iphone 4 ios 6 planning to unlock it and connecting it with t mobile with a micro sim card but when I got it it was a CDMA and so it doesn't have a sim card tray. What can I do?
