But it's really a matter of opinion!
To your first question I say the yellow one, why? Because it seems to be the most wackiest one. Its different and it doesn't ring 'Apple', to some that may be a bad thing but to others to delight of realising its an Apple phone is far greater.
This question is such a personal thing, some people might really like one colour while another would think it was horrible.
I would say if you wanna play it safe get the while one I don't think you can go wrong with white.
