What could be wrong with my phone?
My iPhone does not want to turn on, all it does when we attempt at turning it on is shows the Apple logo then turns right off, what could be wrong with it?
The battery is completely flat
Charge it overnight, and try again… If it still won't power-up, then take it in to have the battery changed…

If chargeing don't work the battry could be done. Iphones are designed to only last about 2 years (along with some other brands)
Hold the power button (lock button) and the home button down at the same time for 20sec and your logo will pop back up… It takes about 8 sec. My phone does the same
Sounds like software or hardware boot problem. It may be dead.
Low battery? Take it to an apple store and ask them?
Low battery. Or try holding home and sleep for 10-15 seconds see what happens… If it turns on it was a software related crash
Don't know what could be wrong but you could try putting it in DFU mode to see if it at least helps.

- My Iphone 4s Headjack Port has or something wrong with it what wrong? My IPhone head jack has something in it or something wrong, because it was working fine and then the next day i plug my beats it wouldn't fully go in I had to force it and hold it down then if I let go it go out so i use my apple headphone same thing I look inside try to take it out or see it nothing happen I don't know what in it but I put the light or shine don't see nothing i use the paper clip to see if I could take it nothing there Please Help
- Is there something wrong with my phone or is there something wrong with my mom's phone? Ok so when I attempt to call my mom, it doesn't ring it just goes straight to voicemail but doesn't show on my mom's phone that she had a missed called. My messages won't go through either, but her calls and messages come through to me. We both have iPhones and they are both on. I can text everyone else, call everyone else but her.
- If I buy a new phone and restore my phone will a virus transfer to the new phone? I believe my iPhone has a virus but I'm not sure. I'm due for a new phone anyways but I need to know that if I do have a virus on my current phone, will it transfer with my information and data to my new phone?
- I have a question about my landline phone. What could be wrong here? My landline phone no longer has a dialtone. If I try to call the phone from my iPhone, I can hear the line ringing through my iPhone speaker. However, I can't hear the actual landline phone ringing. What does that mean? Do you think the line still works? My home office is a bit cluttered at the moment, so I can't reach the wall jack. But I'm going to check later.
