What decreases iPhone 4s battery faster?

Added (1). I've heard 3G makes battery drain very very fast and also makes the device heat up in a noticeable way.
Gaming and Wi-Fi. Turn off Auto Brightness and lower it (if you didn't).
Gaming. But some games don't require that much processor usage so then I would say being on Wi-Fi. But most of the time gaming.
Whoever told you that 3G makes your battery drain fast and get hot is completely wrong. Wi-Fi also won't drain your battery much as long as you have a good connection. Gaming, no doubt, will drain your battery faster. Since the iPhone is using a lot of its resources (CPU and RAM) which will also make the device hot, it will drain quickly.
Thats my order
1- not all games are alike, if a game has high graphics, games will be number one in draining battery
2- internet 3G, this drains lots of battery, and true it heats the device if turned on for a long time
3- Wi-Fi
4- long phone call
