What do I do if the IPhone I bought is marked stolen?
My phone broke, and so I got on craigslist and found someone in my local area who had an IPhone 4 for sale, carrier Sprint. So we met up showed my on the computer that the ESN was clean said it wasn't stolen etc. A couple hours later when I go to my local sprint to activate it, the lady told me it was stolen and that they can't activate it. I have a new phone now that's not the problem, it's just now I have a beautiful new iPhone, that I don't know what to do with.

- Why hasn't my iPhone 5 been marked as Shipped? I pre-ordered with At&t the first day & it said it would arrive the 21st. I have received one email saying my items are being proceed to be shipped, this was 3 days ago. I keep checking the site to see if they updated with a tracking number.what's going on? - I have a stolen iPhone 5c but I didn't know it was stolen? I bought an iPhone and checked the imei and I found out it was stolen. I can't use it yet because it is stuck in the beginning where it says " please insert a sim card, SIM required" I just want to use it as an iPod since I got it for a good cheap price. It is a sprint phone, and also if I take it to Apple or Sprint will they take the phone away? I didn't know it was stolen and I don't want to get blamed or end up losing money. The iPhone was restored already.
