What do I do now concerning my further education?
I always wanted to go to the United Kingdom to continue my studies. But the recent laws have made UK an unfavourable destination for pursuing my further studies as I'm not from the EU.

Can someone explain the new laws in simple words? Two things first. I plan on studying aeronautics engineering in the University of Bristol and have an equivalent of A levels. Second, I also plan on starting an Android and iPhone (second is optional) app development company as I'm studying. Both of these are very important to me and I'd like to do both without breaking any laws of my host country.
What should I do now. I do have some options.
1) I could continue pursuing UK. If you suggest this, please explain why.
2) I could give in and go for USA. This is unfavourable as I've been focusing my entire life studying British English and preparing for IELTS but not for TOEFL and SATs.
3) I could go to some other country like France or Japan. This is unfavourable as I'm highly competent in English and I have to learn a brand new language.
4) Other. This is what you think.
Not sure if you actually read the article you're referencing? It talks about *colleges of further education*, not universities. Further education means things like vocational training, art colleges, adult secondary education (eg. Getting your A-levels beyond the age of 19), etc. The idea behind the law change is to stop someone simply enrolling at a FE college on a 5-hours-per-week hairdressing or business studies A-level course, and actually spending most of their time working. After all, student visas are there to provide for legitimate studies, and should not be a backdoor into working in the country.
The article you've linked to doesn't make any difference to you at all, unless you were planning on coming as a fake student for the purposes of visa fraud.
The University of Bristol is a respected university, and hundreds of international students study there validly every year. As long as you meet the entry requirements and can afford to attend university in the UK, there's no reason your education plans should change.
With regards to your company plans; as a student, you're legally allowed to work 20 hours a week. Have you considered how visa restrictions will affect your ability to work?
- Why further action on Craigslist ads? I keep posting in the personals through my iPhone app and it used to just post from there. Nowadays it says further action required, sends me an email, then I have to click a link, then accept terms then it posts. It's not that bad but anyone know why it's doing that?
- What is the impact of ageing on education at the later stages of life? What do people think about education at their later stages of life i wanna know if ageing has any impact on human brain in context with their ability to learn.
- What if your return has been accepted with the Education Credits? My return was accepted on Jan 25. I efiled with Turbo Tax on Jan 11. I did claim the American Opportunity Credit and the software used Form 8863. I'm very concerned and confused! Does this mean that my refund will be delayed because of this particular credit? Or is does "Accepted" mean it's good to go! The Turbo Tax Iphone app says to expect a refund before February 20 ( initially it said Feb 10… ). Any help is greatly appreciated!
- I want to just update to ios 8 nothing further? I have a 8 gigabite iphone 4s. And have not updated it since I got it. The big reason is I don't really have all that much storage. I cleared up enough so that just ios 8 can install. The current version is ios9.1 that I can update to but just want to update to ios8 so I can get some apps.
