What does a panic attack feel like?
My school nurse thinks I get panic attacks, it feels like IIm drowning and the walls close in on me, my heart beats faster and I start to sweat a lot, this lasts for about 5 minutes to an hour.
But I don't thinks thats a panic attack, what does it feel like?
