What does Iphone mean when it says 250MB sent and 1.7GB received?
I need a detailed explanation-im not good at this stuff…
It means exactly what it sounds like. You've sent 250MB of data and received (downloaded) 1.7GB.
1GB = 1024MB so close to 2GB altogether. If you're counting your data usage then you add it together.
That's the data you've used in using the internet.
- What does iphone mean when it says 879 MB sent and 4.6 GB received? I've just purchased a new iPhone and I'm still a bit new to understanding a couple terms. Anyway, I've read that to calculate data you have to add the two (sent and received) but is it still the same for when one is in MB and the other is in GB? It paid immediately but i don't know what this means that it won't update until i get the package.

- My iPhone says that 7gb of memory are taken up by photos? I only have 161 photos and 29 videos (all average 3 minutes long) in my camera roll. I don't understand how it's taking up that much space.
