What the hell are you talking about? On a iPhone only about 13 gbs are useable
Limited Data refers to your plan. You can only surf web so long or they'll charge you extra
Um ok. 16gb is the memory of the phone. Data has nothing to do with it.
Limited data means that you can only use the web and anything else that requires data to a certain extent (example is your 2GB data plan. You can only use the internet, watch videos, and download up to 2GB before you start getting charged extra for going over the 2GB limit.) In this case, you can only use 2GB per month and after each month, you get 2GB for the next month. Hope this helped clarify your question.
