What does this mean on data plan?

So I just got the iPhone 5, and I wanted to see if how many data I had used. On my old phone I had already used 117 out of 200.So I dialed the data thing and it said this:
Next Bill Cycle: 01/21/13
Data (MB): 62.66 of 200
Data (MB): 200 of 200 (Deactivated)
Messaging: 8, 828
Group Messaging: 9, 881 of Unlimited

This was just a few min ago. What does deactivated mean?

Means you have used all of your data such as web browsing or playing online games/ Down loading stuff

Next Bill Cycle: 01/21/13 --- means you cycle ends on 20st of every month. You get a whole new 200MB when its the 21st (bill cycle begin date)

Data (MB): 62.66 of 200 --- you used 62.66MB since 12/21/2012

Data (MB): 200 of 200 (Deactivated) --- this is from your old phone and plan. You got a new phone which requires a new feature code in the billing system.hence the above…

Messaging: 8, 828 --- wow you text alot!

Group Messaging: 9, 881 of Unlimited --- daym… You really do text a lot…
