What does retail packaging mean on amazon for the otterbox defender?
I'm going to order a otterbox defender for my iphone but it says retail packaging does that mean it could be fake?
It does not mean it's fake, however if your not ordering directly from the manufacturer… It could be.
No, that just means it is packaged for hanging on a peg or placing on a shelf in a retail operation, as opposed to minimal packing that would be more economical for shipping in bulk. If you need one Otterbox, then you want the retail packaging, if you need 50 to outfit your entire office, then you don't want the bulk & mess of 50 retail packages. Good question.
