What does sent from my iphone mean?

It was at the bottom of an email from an author of a book I read of his when he didn't answer the question I asked him about his book.

It was sent from his iPhone. It's a 'custom' signature that is always sent to the recipient if it's sent by a mobile device, in this case, an iPhone. Nothing to worry about.

It's nothing more than bragging that someone has an iPhone or iPad.
I like to end my e-mails by saying:
Sent from my 7 year old laptop while sitting on the toilet illegally using my neighbors internet connection.

  • What does sent as a text message mean? So I sent a text to my cousin who is in basic training now in Missouri, we both have iPhones so usually me and her text on iMessage with the blue messages but this time it says "sent as a text message"in green, Did she get my message? I'm assuming she didn't she is in the woods basically, but I'm not sure? Oh and I know at basic they are very limited with the phone usage, so please don't comment on that =P
