What does UPS do if your not home?
I'm not going to be home to pick up my turtle beaches. They cost $55 and on amazon it says delivered. Did they leave it at my door? Sometimes they do but when I got my iPhone 5 they left a note but that cost $200. What will they do?
The seller usually sends a text or email saying their there
They will either leave it sitting on your doorstep or leave a notice telling you the next time they will show up. If you are not there the second or third time they will leave it at your set post office for the area.

- Where can I file a complaint against UPS? I called the 1800 ups phone number to ask about my package is and they said that it was delivered but no one was home. I was home all day today playing Xbox (Not even playing Xbox just in the chat) in the living room paying close attention to the door (btw my package is an iPhone 4). The lady said that the driver had knocked but I know thats bullsh*t. I live in apartment complex and my door is right in front of the gate near the mailbox!
- When you sync your iphone to your computer does it copy everything onto your pc? I have broke my iphone to the point where it is un repairable, i only sync my iphone the other day to my pc does this mean everything what was on my iphone was copied and saved to it? Or have i lost everything?
- What does ups means when it says not available? I ordered an iphone and i tracked the shipping and it says not available… It also sent me a note that said the phone has been shipped to my address… Does this mean it's on the way or am i not going to get it for a while?
- UPS needs a signature on delivery? I ordered an iPhone 5 and the email said signature required on delivery, but I won't be home any day of the week during the time UPS delivers. Is there any way that I can leave a note or something with my signature?
