What food should I be eating to help lose weight?
I'm trying to lose as much weight as I can over the next 18months for my wedding.
Health and fitness isn't really my area of expertise so I'm not really sure what I should and shouldn't be eating.
I do understand that I need to be eating my fruit and vege but what else can I eat?
I have been using an iPhone app to track my calories and have been coming in around 1200calories a day.
Is this too much/ not enough? I really have no idea what so ever.
Any advice would be brilliant.

4. Any kind of raw nuts
5. Apples
