What happens after you steal 3 iphones at one time and the owners pressed charges?
3 Iphones were stolen and the owner pressed charges, but the iphones were returned, but after the owners pressed charges. What could be the possible charges for a 16 year old?

After my first offense other than a traffic ticket, I picked up a copy of the police report. Later I was offered a chance to go thru "pretrial intervention" where I would have been able to plead guilty and have the charges removed from my public record. You must research all the details of this in your state. It may or may not be offered by the prosecutor at the hearing or whatever the first formal meeting is called. I'm not a lawyer.
Then the courts will know that the 16 year old was a thieving pos and the ONLY reason the property was returned was that charges where pressed.
