What happens if i go over 2gb at&t?

I just bought my iphone 4s with 2gb a month. I'm really nervous as to go over. I had 115mb in one day! Is it siri taking my data or what? I did download about 100mb in games on my 4g network could that be it? Does it take data for the games/apps i download if i'm not on Wi-Fi. I just want help on how to manage my data and apps and basically what happens if i go over my 2gb a month. Don't answer unless you know. I will best a answer if they help please i need help so bad.

When you go over your data plans limit you are charged for the extra used GB of data.
Go to AT&T customer support and call or read the terms of service for your plan and any overage.
My home AT&T DSL High Sped Internet Service now has a 150 GB limit per month that use to be unlimited but have not had any problems exceeding it even watching movies through our wireless network.AT&T does end a e mail alert before going over your monthly data limit.

I have never went over my data limit but I'm told that if you do they simply charge you for every megabyte you use extra. Also, why is this here?

Well downloading apps takes up quite a lot of data (download them when you are in your Wi-Fi)

Having apps does not use it unless they require it to work e.g. Email, online games

Email does not use up a lot so that should be fine

Every time you open a we page it uses data but once your on it doesn't so you could just minimise safari and then come back later when you want another look

Well going over can cost you quite a bit as some providers charge you tons extra when you go over others just charge you there normal rate for pay as you go and that's added to your bill, like £1 for a day it was for me. Ask you phone provider and they should tell you

Only use it when you really need or want to. Don't just look something up even if there's a computer with Wi-Fi next to you. Not to many vids or games

  • Why is my iPhone copying the same video over and over? So I took a screen recording earlier today and when I went to send it, there were about 50 of the same video. I thought alright i'll just delete them. So I did. And they returned. I now have over 300 of the same video and it keeps copying itself.
  • Why does Netflix keep pausing and playing over and over? I'm using it on my iphone 4. And I have checked my connections over and over I've uninstalled reinstalled, signed in signed back and everything else that the troubleshoot website has recommend. And it's gotten annoying. It didn't start doing this as much until I updated the app before the ios 7 release. I'm currently using the trial for netflix and my laptop doesn't work so I can get it on anything but my phone.
  • What happens when you go over your data plan? I'm with telus and have an iphone 4s. I have a certain amout of gigabites of 3G and i know i went over. I went to my grandparents and they don't have internet so i used 3G for everything, does telus charge you for going over your limit?
  • What happens if you buy a iPhone of eBay and it happens to be stolen? I typed in a serial number of an iPhone into apple checker and it said the phone has not been activated? The phone is still sealed in its box is the phone ok to buy?
