What happens to my Internet history?
My Internet history for my iPhone shows up to last week. It doesn't show dates after that. Where does the history from last month go? Does it get stored on the computer? Can my mom see it also?
It depends on the settings on the device, but the average device clears out history every three months.
If you wish to bypass history logging, simply press control+shift+P on your computer.
As for your iphone, go into settings and turn on private browsing under safari.
- What happens if you buy a iPhone of eBay and it happens to be stolen? I typed in a serial number of an iPhone into apple checker and it said the phone has not been activated? The phone is still sealed in its box is the phone ok to buy?
- Is there anyway I can access other people on my routers internet history? I was trying to see what sites people on my router have been on and I was just wondering if it was possible and if it goes away when they delete internet history. We have 9 things connected (laptops, iPods, iPhone's, etc) so can I look separately for each device or is it all in one.
- Is there an app to trace internet history on an iPhone? I'm not trying to block websites, I'm just trying to find out what sites have been visited without having to go through the browsing history on the phone. Is there an app for that?
- Is internet history really deleted? I mean for the iphone. If you really delete the cache cookies and history from the iphone. Is it really totally deleted?
