What happens when I delete my twitter app from IPhone?
I'm going through so much right now, so much where I want to kill myself. But instead of going to the extreme, I just want to take a break from everyone and take time to myself. I want to delete my twitter, instagram, and FB app from my phone. Will deleting these app off my phone be like deleting my account? I don't want to delete my account because hopefully I'll get back in there.
Deleting any of those apps will not affect your accounts, you just won't be able to see updates from them on your phone.
No, it wouldn't delete your entire account. If you just un-sync your phone from the accounts, then you'll stop getting updates from them but the account will still stay there in cyberspace. Un-syncing is just a phone setting in your device. Or, you can just uninstall the app from your phone which will do pretty much the same thing. (Un-syncing will just remove your account from your phone, uninstalling will remove the entire app.) To delete the entire account, you'd go to the programs' actual websites (facebook.com, twitter.com, etc.) and delete your account.
No deleting the apps does not mean deleting your accounts.deleting the apps just means that you can't quickly and easily visit the social network sites from you phone as you would using the apps until you reinstall them from the app store.
