What happens when you restore your IPhone or IPod?
I want to take off my jailbreak on my iPod touch and someone told me to restore my ipod with iTunes. I backed up my ipod touch with Icloud to get my things back. After I restore what do I have to do to get my music, settings, and pictures back.
It will erase evryhting on it. When the restore is done, it will ask if you want to restore it to a previous back up and it will be as it was before the restore. Just make sure you do back up before hand!
It's true restoring WILL take off jailbreak. It'll delete everything on Your iPod. When it's done, it'll ask if you want to restore it to your previous back up you had before. If yes, looks like you didn't even restore it. If no, hello new iPod!
It will erase the jailbreak and apps.
- Would you replace your own screen on your iPhone or iPod? Hi, I was just wondering if you would replace your own screen on your iPhone, provided you have the correct tools, videos and guides? And help if you can get access to it? Thanks I'm not looking to replace my screen, I was just wondering if YOU would do it.
- When you restore your iphone, does it wipe out everything from your itunes? I understand that it will wipe out everything from your physical iphone, but i was wondering if it would wipe out everything on your itunes account to, such as music.
- What would you do if you were watching your favorite show, and your 20 year old kid turned off the TV so that you couldn't watch it? I pay all the bills at the house. I normally watch AHS once a week with my kid. This week, she told me to go watch it in my own room. I told her my TV wasn't working and we would just have to watch it in her room. She turned off the TV so that I couldn't watch it. Then, she pompously pulled out her iPhone and proceeded to watch it on her iPhone. What would you do if this happened to you?
- What happens when you block someone on an iPhone 6, and they text you or call you? Specifically, does the phone keep ringing or does it say the call can't be made? Does the text deliver and just never show up on the receiving phone, or does the sender get a message saying the text can't be sent? (The other phone is not an iPhone.)
