What iPhone app lets me download music unrestricted and offline?

Try wynk music app but you have to subscribe to it monthly
None legally unless you just mean unknown songs and not popular songs.

I like to jog and listen to audiobooks, but sometimes, well a lot of the time I find that I need to go back like 10 seconds while listening because I didn't catch what was narrated. Everytime this happens I need to grab my iPhone out of my pocket and skip this manually, is there a good trick or app that lets me do this just using the iPhone earplugs button? It only let's me pause, skip and change volume.
