What is a better phone: the droid razor or the iphone 4?

Here's what i need:
-good memory
-at least a little durable
-good camera with video capability
-can hold at least most of my itunes music
-has facebook, twitter, safari, youtube and gmail apps available
-can fit in a pocket
-has speaker
-good battery life

The iphone 5 isn't an option but the 4s is a possibility, i had either the droid razor or the iphone 4 in mind, but if there are any other phones that would fit my needs, feel free to recommend them

Perhaps the Nokia Lumia 920, or the HTX One X.
Those are all great phones, and much better than any iPhone.

Iphone4 memory=16, 32, 64 gb
razer= same but has SD card slot
razer=have gorilla glass(very durable) and Kevlar backing
Iphone4=better camera
RAzer= could hold most itunes music but you would have to transfer songs to razer since you can't use itunes with it
both have facebook, twitter, youtube and gmail apps. Only iphone has safari
both can fit in pocket
both have good speakers and battery life
another phone to look at is the note 2, samsung s3 or samsung s2 or htc one or htc oneX
also iphone is apple OS and droid is android

Honestly the ihpone and android aren't too different. They're both awesome phones, but me having an android I'd say pick the droid RAZR.

Lumia 920 is the best of all
