What is a good wattpad cover app?
For an iphone, what is a good app to make a wattpad cover (preferably free). Please include price.
Personally, I make use of Paint.NET because it's free but from what I've heard, Photoshop grants a lot more effects. Just let your inspiration fly and use apt fonts for the titles. Sorry, since I'm pretty new to book cover making too so I don't have that many tips. - Will car insurance cover stolen good, while it was under their care? I had an accident, State Farm towed it to some salvage yard, got it back, camera, registration, spare tire, iPhone charger, battery pack, limited edition pocket knife all gone! Change jar cleaned out, and EZ pass used. I called State Farm, and they are closed. I'm so vexed right now.

I would like the front part of the cover to be raised a little higher than the screen in the front so in case it falls on the floor, it won't land on the screen. What brands, websites, or stores do you recommend? I'm only looking for HARD COVER cases, so no silicone or rubberlike materials. I don't want anything more expensive than $25. Thanks!
