What is different of the new iPhone 5 charging port?
Since the iPhone 5 has a new charging port that is smaller than the original, is the charging port the same as the Andriod charging port? Or is it completely different? I have an Andriod phone and I was wondering if I was able to get the iPhone 5, will I be able to use my Andriod chargers for the iPhone 5? What is different about the iPhone 5 charging port?
No, it is completely different.
The new iphone charging port is much better than other iphone charging ports because it is double sided, meaning you can enter the cable front and back, and never get it stuck or wrong.
But if you are really interested in using your Android cables, there are special cases for iphones that have those special outlets that connect to the original outlet and you can charge your iphone with more than one cable.
i really hope my answer helped

No, Apple's new charger is called the Lightning connector, and it's of a totally new kind. It is in no way similar to Android chargers. If you get an iPhone 5, it should come with the new charger. It's double sided, and has 8 pins compared to Android's 6 tiny micro pins. Basically, it was created to be less bulky and supposedly faster on the sync, and to make Apple a lot more money on adapters, as well as manufacturers of accessories, because millions of accessories were rendered instantly obsolete with this new connector.
The main difference is size, and thats because the new charging port only has 9 pins, compared to the 20 pins on the older changing port. Also, the plug can now be put in both ways, instead of only front wards.
No.
The main concern of the new iphone port, is that it will make all the existing iPhone accessories and peripherals obsolete as they are made to fit the 30-pin slot, which is the only output port on the existing iPhone for connecting accessories.
There were only two ways out of this sticky situation for Apple. If they did not do anything about the accessories becoming obsolete, then the sales of the new iPhone will definitely be affected. They could either continue with the old docking port (which is highly unlikely considering Apple's affinity towards evolution) or provide its customers with an adapter which can be used as an interface between both. With the help of the adapter, consumers can make use of the new iPhone with the existing accessories. This means that the consumers will not have to replace their inventory of iAccessories.

- Why port forwarding on port 80? I have a foscam home security camera and it needs port forwarding on port 80 if I want to use my iphone to view it from outside. Surely enough, it works as soon as I open that port. But isn't port 80 open by default? Else how could I view http websites in the first place. I don't get it. It's already open so why open it again?
