I use YouVersion. But Bible Gateway just came out with one that should be good. They have a very good website, so I would guess their app will be good too. Each of these comes with multiple translations.
The bible app I use is "Toilet Paper Dragging" so informative and accurate!

When I start the plan, all it shows is the scripture for the day but no devotional content unlike in IPhones and Ipads.So, where do I find it or where in the app is it located?
