Clash of Clans.hands down the most addicting and fun game on the app store in my opinion. In the game you have to build a base with walls, defenses, etc to defend your village from attacks. You also build troops to attack other players

Apparently, the name of my iPhone game is the same as a book written by a non-famous author, the book is about super hero's. My game is not about super hero's. Also, when i search google images, the name of my game shows up as the vehicle, Jaguar's icon. Would i have a legal issue to name my game the same as a book and a google image that shows up as Jaguar's icon?
