What is the best PC controlling app for iPhone?

It's not urgent but any suggestion(s) would be appreciated.

I've been trying all day to find an app for iPhone that let's me control my PC over a local network. I need an app that lets me stream both audio and video, that can remote access all the files on my PC and hopefully act as an external device similar to the 'Remote Play' feature with the PSP and PS3 consoles. I emphasize specifically over my local network as bandwidth where I live does not come cheap. Hopefully I can find an app that is free but if I have to I'll resort to purchasing

I have tried iTeleport, but this app can only stream using an internet connection using your Gmail address and can't stream audio. VLC Remote would be ideal remote to PC client but is $4.99 on the App Store.

  • Why does my iphone screen keep controlling itself? So my iphone is in horrible shape, in terms of a broken screen. It's having a hard time responding to touch and I can't type. Also, it keeps opening apps on its own. Someone told me that the screen is pressing up against the digitizer and is acting as if I was touching the screen due to the cracks. If so, can I just replace the broken screen or do I have to buy another phone? I want to wait on the iphone 6 to use my upgrade.
  • What is the best video editing app on the App Store (iOS)? One thing I like about iMovie is the ability to slow down the speed and sound of videos and especially the sound effects. I tried to save a video on iMovie in portrait view but it turned out stupid in my Camera Roll. Right now I'm stuck with making videos with my iPhone and iMovie isn't all that. I need an app with what I said I like about iMovie^^ and more options such as text animations and filtering videos. Any app out there?
  • What is the best app in the IOS app store to edit photos? I need to do resizing, cropping and some visual exposure effects. I would like to be able to use the app in both my iphone and my ipod touch. So any suggestions about which app is contains most functions but is simple at the same time. I don't bother whether the app is free or paid
