What is the cheapest calling from Ukraine?

I'm traveling to Ukraine soon and I would like to call the US when I'm there.
What would be the best calling plan to get?

I have an unlocked iPhone.

Instead of using my cell phone few years back I just went to the Post office where they have international calling booths, turned out very cheap, and good connection

Skype, or get a sim card from Kiev star or UMC when you get there

You've got a CDMA phone I believe. So you should choose between CDMA companies such as Intertelecom or CDMA Ukraine. But the cheapest way is to use Skype and free Wi-Fi in McDonalds for instance.

Just buy a sim card their and some of the carriers have a deal for 1 UAH per minute for any international call. I believe was MTC (MTS in English).

Or you can Skype or google chat through Wi-Fi.

When she calls me i don't get charged but will i get charged for calling her? PART:2 If i download the magicjack app in the app store can i call her with out getting charged from at&t?
