What is the purpose of private browsing?
On my iPhone, I can do private browsing in safari and I'm not sure what that means. Is it for if someone wants to look at naughty pics without other people knowing? Is it so you can't get hacked? I'm just wondering.

- What is the purpose of Downloader/private browser? Assume I can't imagine what this iPhone application is used for. Why would a person use it, opposed to regular internet streaming or hulu/ netflix, etc.

- Spy app for android and iphone to monitor private browsing? I'm looking for an app to track privately browsed sites or a way to shut off private browsing within the phones. My son has an android phone and my daughter has an Iphone. I would like to be able to check in occasionally, just to make sure they are not falling into the wrong crowd or looking up things they shouldn't be. I trust my kids, but in this day and age, I just want to keep them as safe as possible!
