What is the recommended time on the treadmill and what will happen if I go longer?
I'm 5 ft 7' boy currently 18 and weigh 195 pounds. I was born with congenital hypertonia which is a muscle weakness. Lately in attempt to loose weight I have been spending most of the time on the treadmill. An hour and a half at midnight another at 10 am and another at 5 or 8 today I got to 4 hours total not to mention I have burned 1245 calories ( I use a step tracker app on my iPhone call steps that tells me how much calories I burned) so how long do you really need on tre treadmill and what will happen if you go longer then the the recommended time?
There's no problem if you are in shape and you aren't hurting. Listen to your body, if it hurts you should cut back a bit and let it heal.
Look at people who run a marathon. But, they don't try and get in shape to do that in one day, you need to work up to it.
- Will my iPhone 6 track my steps when on a treadmill accurately? I use my iPhone 6 to track my daily steps because it's a free feature in the health app. I want to be able to track my steps when on the treadmill, does anyone know if it accurately will count my steps? Also, with that being asked, does it track my steps accurately from my daily routine?

- This cable is not recommended for this iPhone and may not be reliable? I recently bought a new but un-Apple-certified lightning cord for my iPhone 5c, but this error message has started popping up after about using it about 5 times. Now, my phone is completely dead, and I have no money to buy a new cable, no cable that will charge my phone, and a dead phone. I'm completely desperate for help here, since, like a cliche white girl, my phone is my life.
