Will my iPhone 6 track my steps when on a treadmill accurately?

I use my iPhone 6 to track my daily steps because it's a free feature in the health app. I want to be able to track my steps when on the treadmill, does anyone know if it accurately will count my steps? Also, with that being asked, does it track my steps accurately from my daily routine?

I see no reason why it would not properly track steps on a treadmill as well as it does on a non-treadmill walk. You are still walking, just not going anywhere.

If the function is on, it will track all steps, regardless of where you are or what you are doing. However, while just moving around your house or a store or someplace where you are moving somewhat randomly and back and forth or sideways, it may count steps, but it will not provide any kind of accurate distance. The actual count may not be quite correct, either, since who knows what it thinks constitutes a "step" when you are in a store looking at items on the shelves?

I believe it would, I'm not sure, you should download sweatcoin and see

  • ICloud problems. Won't stop connecting iPhone and iPod. Need steps to stop it? I have an iPhone and my little sister has a iPod that are both set up under my name. Ever since I updated her iPod everything I download starts downloading on her iPod. I even deleted my iCloud account on my phone and her iPod (ended up losing all my contacts over this). It's starting to get really annoying. Can someone please give me steps I can follow to end this connection. Don't tell me to call apple or whatever because I don't have 2 hours to sit on the phone.
  • I need to sell my old iPhone 4S. What steps do I need to do to ensure it's completely cleared? I've already activated my new iPhone; my old iPhone can still receive iMessages when on Wi-Fi. I'd like to sell my old phone. Should I "unlock" it? How do I do that? Just some general info/instructions on what I need to do would be great.
