What is wrong with this iphone? And can it be fixed, and if so.how?
Ugh, i'm having trouble? My cuz came to me recently with an iphone whose os seems to be erased, i don't know, i'm just saying, anyhow, when the device is turned on, a blank black screen appears, with what seems to be the apple logo on it, however it does nothing else, so. Can anyone tell me what when wrong?

- Is there something wrong with my phone or is there something wrong with my mom's phone? Ok so when I attempt to call my mom, it doesn't ring it just goes straight to voicemail but doesn't show on my mom's phone that she had a missed called.
