What's a good app to keep track of workouts?

I need to get in shape for volleyball this summer and I need an app that can help me monitor Running distances, speed, and other workouts. I have an iPhone 5s and a Pebble watch that can pair with some apps. I'd love to be able to use both while I workout. Does anyone know any apps I can use?

For running, "Map My Run" app, for keeping track of nutrition - "My Fitness Pal", and for strength workouts you can another use "My fitness pal" or "JeFit". All apps are free and work great.
